Subscriptions & Billing
Subscription Plans
PipNotifier offers multiple pricing tiers, including a free plan and paid plans with additional features and higher usage limits. Full plan details are available on the pricing page.
Upgrade / Downgrade
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime through your Telegram bot settings. Changes take effect immediately. Any unused time from your current plan is credited toward the new plan based on relative pricing.
Free Tier
PipNotifier offers a free tier with limited features (5 alerts, 1 tracked asset). You may upgrade to a paid plan at any time to unlock additional capabilities.
Payment Methods
Payments are securely processed through our payment provider. We support major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. You must keep valid billing information on file.
Renewals
Subscriptions are billed in advance, either monthly or annually, depending on your selection. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription anytime via your Telegram bot or account settings. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the current billing cycle.
Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. We do not issue partial refunds for unused time, downgrades, or cancellations.
Failed Payments
If a payment fails or a billing method is declined, access to premium features may be suspended until payment is resolved. Your free-tier access will remain active.
Price Changes
Prices may change at any time. Any updates will be communicated in advance and applied to the next billing cycle.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account. Do not share your credentials.
- Use the service lawfully and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable regulations.
- Not use the service to send spam, abusive content, or violate the policies of connected platforms (e.g., Telegram).
- Avoid overloading or abusing the system with excessive requests or unintended usage.

- Ensure the accuracy and legality of any data you send or process via the platform.
Violations may result in suspension or termination without notice.
